Resource matching
Haven Quest has pooled a network of resources to help from Mutual Aid, State and Federally funded programs. Real time availability of these resources are sent as notifications to HQ Mobile phones.

Haven Quest will track and evaluate the effectiveness of its distribution strategy through metrics such as the number of mobile phones distributed, app downloads, user engagement, and feedback from recipients. User Experience
Every journey is as unique as the individual. Below is an example of how compassion and resources at the right time can provide the direction needed to get back on track.
Unhoused individuals are subjected to the streets which many times lead to learning basic survival skills. Food, shelter and safety are part of the experience.
Interview
The Interview is important to establish if the Haven Quest program will be helpful to an individual. Attitude, aptitude and ability to use a mobile device may not fit for everyone. Mutual Aid and experienced representatives
will guide users to the next
steps.

Mobile device and training
Qualified individuals will be provided a phone through our network of Mutual Aid and approved partners. The Haven Quest APP and mobile phone has easy to understand ICONS for every type of service. Setting up individual phones include training and personalization for each user.

User driven results
As the new user accesses numerous services our system will offer suggestions and guidance. Notifications and text messages will help connect users with much needed services.

Touch Points & Assistant
Communication is critical, and Haven Quest offers users the option to redeem points for additional phone minutes or data. This allows users to stay in touch with family, friends, and support networks, as well as to access online resources for job searches, housing applications, and more. It's an essential tool for staying connected and engaged.

Workshops & Employment
Haven Quest Enterprise (HQE) is partnering with businesses and creating programs that can bring a more stable source of income to qualified users. Through trainings and workshops HQE aims to educate users and find job opportunities in the community towards self sufficiency.

Housing & Funds
Temporary and permanent housing is key. Haven Quest creates avenues for funds, housing and stability to individuals who are willing to work towards this goal understanding that a new life will likely involve a process.
